Tom Ford Spring 2011

We have to start the first post in 2011 with a sad moment. Well, it happened. For the first time we are kind of disappointed while checking Tom Fords Spring 2011 lookbook/collection. Why? Because he lost the magic, just kidding. Down to the facts: Using a white background may not be the right decision, coz white always has this kind of cheap flavour. The trousers and the revers are way too wide, it reminds us of Tony Montana. The bow ties are too big the sunglasses look kind of cheap.  The colourful suede leather jackets are highlights besides them the pattern Tom Ford used on the dinner jackets is awesome, huge flowers. You can transfer the way he arranged the belts to daily life. Women did it last year but it does work on guys too. All in all the pieces are too exaggerated. So please Tom, continue the Summer collection the way you used to do it in 2010;)
